Itinerary

1. Dambulla Cave Temple

  1. 06:00 AM – Pickup from your hotel. (Pickup time varies based on pickup location)
  2. 09:30 AM – Arrive at the Dambulla Cave Temple, the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. Explore the five caves adorned with ancient murals and over 150 Buddha statues, reflecting the country's rich Buddhist heritage.


2. Traditional Village Lunch

11:30 AM – Proceed to a nearby village for an authentic Sri Lankan lunch. Experience traditional cooking methods and savor local delicacies in a serene rural setting.


3. Sigiriya Rock Fortress

01:30 PM – Visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as the "Lion Rock." Climb the 200-meter-high rock to witness the ancient frescoes, the Mirror Wall, and the ruins of King Kasyapa's palace atop the summit, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.


4. Return Journey

04:00 PM – Begin the return journey to your hotel.
