• If a payment provider is used, their terms may apply to the transaction process.
• All prices are shown in the currency specified at checkout/quotation unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the tour type, partner policies, and time before departure.

• Refunds may be reduced by non-refundable supplier fees (e.g., hotels, tickets, permits).
• No-shows and last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.
• If you need changes, contact us as early as possible to maximize options.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• We may adjust schedules due to weather, safety, road conditions, partner availability, or force majeure.
• If we make a significant change, we will communicate alternatives as soon as possible.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Ensure passports, visas, and travel permissions are valid.
• Follow local laws, cultural guidelines, and safety instructions.
• Inform us in advance of medical conditions or special assistance needs.

6. Liability

Viathra Leisure acts as a facilitator for travel services and works with third-party suppliers. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supplier failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, text, and media are owned by or licensed to Viathra Leisure. You may not reuse or reproduce content without permission.

9. Governing Law
