Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo → Negombo

  1. Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport.
  2. Transfer to beachside Negombo for a relaxing start.
  3. Leisure walk along the beach or a visit to the local fish market.
  4. Overnight stay in Negombo.


Day 2: Negombo → Kitulgala

  1. Morning transfer to Kitulgala, the adventure capital of Sri Lanka.
  2. Enjoy an afternoon white-water rafting session on the Kelani River.
  3. Optional: River swimming or confidence jump (subject to water levels).
  4. Overnight stay in Kitulgala (adventure lodge or eco-camp).


Day 3: Kitulgala Jungle Trek & Waterfall Hike

  1. Morning guided jungle trek through rainforest trails.
  2. Visit natural rock pools and hidden waterfalls.
  3. Picnic lunch amidst nature.
  4. Optional cave exploration or birdwatching for nature lovers.
  5. Overnight stay in Kitulgala.


Day 4: Kitulgala → Nuwara Eliya

  1. Half-day guided cycling loop through scenic tea trails & rural villages at Kitulgala.
  2. Reach Nuwara Eliya by late afternoon.
  3. Evening walk around Gregory Lake.
  4. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.


Day 5: Nuwara Eliya → Horton Plains Trek → Ella

  1. Early transfer to Horton Plains National Park.
  2. Embark on a moderate trek to World’s End viewpoint and Baker’s Falls.
  3. Proceed to Ella by road, relax, and enjoy the cooler climate.
  4. Overnight stay in Ella.


Day 6: Ella Exploration & Adventure

  1. Climb Little Adam’s Peak and visit the Nine Arch Bridge.
  2. Ziplining adventure in Ella.
  3. Overnight stay in Ella.


Day 7: Ella → Colombo / Airport

  1. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport.
  2. Optional stop at St. Clair’s and Devon Falls.
  3. Departure.
